How Ultra Home Internet Works

Ultra Home Internet uses fixed wireless, which refers to the fact that it provides wireless at one fixed location (such as your home), unlike a mobile device that provides internet on the go.

Ultra Home Internet service connects to the same great 4G LTE or 5G T-Mobile network that smartphones run on, depending on signal availability at your eligible address. With Ultra Home Internet, you receive service through a NETGEAR® Orbi™, which converts the 4G/5G signal to Wi-Fi, and provides a Wi-Fi signal accessible to all the devices in your home.

If a payment is made in August or September, service will continue for the full month that was paid.

  • Finding a new internet service provider can be time-consuming, and we’re committed to making the transition as smooth as possible for you. With that in mind, we’d like to provide you with the customer service number of an industry leading wireless internet provider, EarthLink. If you’d like to take advantage of EarthLink’s service, please call EarthLink customer service at (833) 481-4519. Their agents will walk you through your options and the process for activating EarthLink service.
