If a payment is made in August or September, service will continue for the full month that was paid. 

Finding a new internet service provider
  • Finding a new internet service provider can be time-consuming, and we’re committed to making the transition as smooth as possible for you. With that in mind, we’d like to provide you with the customer service number of an industry leading wireless internet provider, EarthLink. If you’d like to take advantage of EarthLink’s service, please call EarthLink customer service at (833) 481-4519. Their agents will walk you through your options and the process for activating EarthLink service.

  • Feel free to research alternative service options as well; your Ultra Home Internet device is unlocked and can be used with any compatible network/service. Just know that we are not able to assist you with researching alternatives, comment on compatibility, or help you get set up with your next internet provider.
