15-day Return Policy
If you find we are not the right fit for you, just call customer care at 1-855-702-2909 within 15 days of receiving your device.
  • Pay only for the services used *
  • Get a refund for activation fees
  • No early termination fee will apply
  • Return or exchange your device within 15 days of the delivery date in like-new condition with original packaging, battery, accessories and other materials
  • Credit will be applied to the original payment method 14 days after the device has been received and confirmed in good working condition
  • A 15% restocking fee per item applies

1-year Manufacturer Device Warranty
Our Netgear Orbi devices are supported by a one-year manufacturer warranty covering manufacturing and electrical defects. Devices in good physical condition (no scratches,cracks, liquid damage or other physical damage) may be eligible for repair or replacement within one year.
